Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Ideally 3-5+ years of experience with Auditing or risk management

• Experience working in a large complex organization

• Experience creating process mapping

• Has experience identifying controls and performing testing

• Must have experience with Operational auditing /Business process improvement/ risk

• Must have an up to date passport (Can accept TN visa)

Plusses:

• CPA or CIA preferred (or in progress)

• Coming from the Big 4, Management consulting firm or large/complex organization

Responsibilities:

My Client in the hospitality and travel industry is hiring a Sr. Auditor to join the Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) team. This is a diverse global team, recognized by the Audit Committee and senior management as their partner for providing advisory and assurance services on the company’s most significant strategic, financial, operational, technology and compliance risks. The Senior Auditor is responsible for performing end to end reviews of key business processes and controls in order to provide an independent assessment of their design and effectiveness. Further, they leverage best practice to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. This Candidate with be owning projects end to end after a short training period to get up to speed on the business. This Includes but is not limited to Project management, mapping, budgeting, escalations, evidence, support, testing, and maintaining all documentation and project deliverables. We are looking for an individual that is hands on with operational and risk background and can provide quality work within the timeline of the project. Projects will include a mix of compliance and operational including but not limited to compliance program design assessments, supply chain and revenue management reviews. They will leverage relationships and work cross functionally with the SOX team, data analytics team, and directly with the business. They will be joining team of 10 that is rapidly growing. This person is expected to travel up to 20% of the year including onboard ships and to international destinations.
