Senior Associate / Vice President | REPE - Acquisitions & Asset Management

Gresham Hunt are supporting a REPE firm that are looking to bring in an Senior Associate or VP to join their acquisitions & asset management team based in Pennsylvania. Requirements: 4 - 8 years' of Real Estate Investment's experience at either a Private Equity firm (preferred), Investment Management firm or Tier One Investment Bank Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management Prior Office investment experience, coming from an acquisitions/investments background. Prior experience in Asset Management is highly desired as there is a split between Asset Management & Acquisitions Ambitious, inquisitive & a self-starter Total compensation is expected to be between $275,000 - $350,000 Out of country applicants & those who require sponsorship will NOT be considered for this opportunity.
