The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.

The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).

The Sr. Associate Studio Director serves as a second-in-command for the Studio group. The Sr. ASD is responsible for developing and filming OLV series, social content, and any other video needs to be distributed across a variety of platforms, helping to manage the production team, and ensuring brand objectives are achieved.

The Sr. Associate Studio Director should have a masterful understanding of every aspect of the production process, be able to develop creative stories that bring the concept to life, think strategically, leverage consumer and audience insights, and produce work that is relevant, innovative, and effective. They must be able to conceptualize ideas and carry them through execution. They must have the ability to motivate and direct their team in the conceptualization and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations
  • Manage and supervise multiple projects and teams (both internal and external)
  • Ensure the team has appropriate resources dedicated to the individual projects
  • Meet brand objectives
  • Ensure creative product adheres to best practices across media and platforms
  • Ensures top-tier creative output that adheres to brand standards
  • Evaluate studio production team and performance
  • Collaborate with studio producer and line producer to develop detailed project timelines
  • Present work to internal agency team partners, brand team, and any other stakeholders for approvals / to sell the work
  • Manage work while still contributing to the work, especially high-profile projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of production experience working in production as a DP or camera op
  • Experience managing direct reports within the relevant field
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and creative teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems creatively and strategically at once, under quick deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Creative Cloud & Microsoft Office
  • Expertise in R3D, Canon and Sony camera systems
  • Expertise in studio lighting
  • Audio recording experience is a plus
  • Strong reel, available online with a focus on table top and lifestyle content.
