Job Description

As the Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will lead the execution of Paid Social campaigns including review, optimization and reporting on a variety of social channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Social, you will have both support and autonomy in your role.

You will be hands-on keys in the social platforms and see campaigns through setup, completion, and reporting. While developing and formalizing the insights and strategy based on campaign performance is not a direct responsibility of the Senior Associate, you will have visibility to foster growth. Additionally, you will:

  • Support paid social campaigns to align with client's goals
  • Foster relationships within our team and with our clients by providing updates and communicating frequently
  • Develop and maintain relationships with paid social partners to nurture performance growth
  • Help create and execute media plans that surpass client goals
  • Oversee and execute campaign builds, QAs and optimizations
  • Review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
  • Build relationships across our internal teams and with external client(s)

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in paid social media across a variety of channels such as Meta Snapchat , TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Understanding of upper funnel campaigns and their KPIs
  • 1+ year experience setting up and tracking paid social campaigns from start- completion
  • Experience creating data analysis reports via Microsoft Excel utilizing pivot tables and vLookup. Ideally also familiar with Tableau, however, not required
  • Beginner experience developing insights from data to be reviewed by Managers, etc.
  • Some QA experience and a passion for accuracy

Your workplace may be in any of our US office hub locations including or remote.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000- 83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
