Senior Associate of Finance

Our client, based in the Dallas area, is looking to add a Senior Analyst/Associate of Finance to their team. This is a high visibility role with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate is very well spoken as this role requires direct exposure to their private equity sponsor, capital markets attorneys, and various lenders.

Responsibilities:

• Lender and sponsor reporting
• 3 statement financial modeling
• Cash Forecasting
• Light treasury work

Required Qualifications:

• Accounting/Finance undergrad (accounting preferred)
• CPA
• Audit at one of the Big 4/Big8
• 4-9 years' experience post undergrad
• Transaction or Deals advisory (exposure to Buy/sell side deals)
• Quality of Earnings experience
• Treasury exposure, credit agreement experience
• Could also be an investment banker background
