Responsibilities
This member of the team has the responsibility to manage strategic programs within existing major accounts, work with account leaders to develop new opportunities within these accounts and support the firm’s other new business efforts.
District of Columbia Salary Range
$75,000—$90,000 USD

Responsibilities
This member of the team has the responsibility to manage strategic programs within existing major accounts, work with account leaders to develop new opportunities within these accounts and support the firm’s other new business efforts.
- Assist with the development of new programs within existing clients and identify other strategic opportunities for client growth.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement communication strategies that broaden the impact of client programs.
- Manage implementation of client programs across a range of topics, and incorporating cutting-edge strategies and tactics.
- Support client media relations efforts, including story development, media targeting, media pitching, content development and follow up in support of existing clients
- Provide counsel and support to client, including all sectors of traditional and digital media; develop client plans, draft printed materials, such as news releases, speeches and op-eds, prepare online programs and content across multiple social media platforms.
- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach on a consistent basis.
- Assist with the preparation of business development and program presentations to potential and existing clients, as well as internal constituents.
- Three to five years' experience in a communications firm or related role, with a focus on international affairs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Interest in Middle Eastern affairs.
- Foreign language skills in Arabic are a plus.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
District of Columbia Salary Range
