A well-established national consulting firm has partnered with KBW to help in the build out of their Boston office. The firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their growing team. The firm's focus is in strategy, transaction advisory and restructuring.
The ideal Senior Associate candidate has between 1 and 4 years of related experience in a high growth and fast paced setting. The ideal candidate has client facing experience from consulting, public accounting, private equity, venture capital or investment banking. High upside candidates with backgrounds in FP&A will also be considered. Moderate to advanced financial modeling experience is required for any candidate to be considered.
The Associate role requires significant travel and hours. Travel, based on engagements, can be up to 100% for long periods of time. Will be building and managing relationships with corporate executives and owners, investment bankers, lenders, equity holders and legal.
The role has an outstanding compensation package that includes a strong base salary and bonus, which can get close to 100% of base salary.
Job Description:
- Work in a variety of restructuring, performance improvement, bankruptcy, turnaround and advisory engagements
- Create, manage and analyze three statement financial modeling
- Manage and enhance client relationships
- Create and present client deliverables
