What You'll Do

Develop and manage high-impact regional, national, and international events to showcase William & Mary to prospective students.

Lead the planning process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to create a unified message across all events.

Leverage your creativity to design events that foster a sense of belonging and connection with William & Mary.

Analyze event data and use it to continuously improve future experiences.

You're a Great Fit If You

Have 5+ years of experience managing large-scale events.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem-solving.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.

Are a team player with a passion for fostering diversity and inclusion.

A Plus If You Have

Experience working with VIPs and high-profile guests.

Expertise in event marketing and promotional strategies.

Knowledge of event management software like Cvent or Social Tables.
