Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Associate - Commercial Real Estate Broker. The Senior Associate will be responsible for brokerage and advisory services in the Medical Office Building sector.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in investment sales (or 10+ closed transactions)
Strong knowledge of airspace and existing client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
