Position Summary:

The Senior Associate, Clinical Data Analytics plays a pivotal role in programming and testing clinical trial data reports, dashboards, and analytics. This position requires a deep understanding of data programming, testing, technology, flow, and standards. Collaborating closely with Clinical Data Management and other stakeholders, the Clinical Data Analytics Associate contributes to delivering standardized reports, dashboards, and innovative analytics for global clinical trials.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Program and test data reporting, dashboarding, and analytics for individual trials or trial sets within programs using data standards libraries.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of data reporting and analytics aligned with study objectives.
  • Provide insights into study-level deliverables, supporting submission, inspection, and regulatory response activities.
  • Enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency in developing reporting and analytic capabilities and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Data Management to deliver data reporting and analytics per business requirements.
  • Comply with data standard decisions and strategies for studies and programs.
  • Utilize therapeutic knowledge and technological understanding to develop data reports and analytics.
  • Continuously seek and implement process improvements to reduce effort and enhance reusability.
  • Represent Data and Analytics processes in cross-functional initiatives and participate in shared learning across the organization.


Required Qualifications and Background:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Technical Science, or related field, with 3-5 years of clinical experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, CROs, or regulatory agencies.
  • Technical proficiency in developing requirements and/or study project deliverables.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python, SAS, 'R', Shiny for reporting, metrics, visualizations, and P-SQL, T-SQL for DBMS.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
  • Quick learner of new technology trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills..
  • Experience in project and vendor management.
