Senior Associate

Our Client is a growing Venture Fund that focuses on company creation through a number of avenues available to them through a deep network of investors and scientific communities.

As part of their expansion they require a Senior Associate to join them and support across scientific evaluation, due diligence, working with Partners to search for and evaluate assets, negotiate licensing transactions, raise equity capital, recruit management teams, develop R&D strategy and assist in establishing companies operational capabilities.

This is a critical role to the business and will come with a competitive salary package.

The ideal candidate will have

• PhD, M.D. or Master's degree in a scientific discipline
• Strong due diligence experience
• Coming from: Life sciences Venture Capital Fund/Management Consulting, Investment Banking experience or working in a similar role at biotechnology/pharma company
• Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn and solve complex problems
• Self-starter mentality, able to work highly independently
