Senior Project Manager Overview

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of architecture projects from inception to completion. You'll collaborate closely with clients, community stakeholders, fellow architects, and construction teams to ensure projects meet the unique needs of the communities they serve while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Our projects span civic, corporate, housing, and restaurant sectors.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to maximize community impact by thoughtfully allocating funds and materials.

Work closely with construction managers and teams to supervise all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and rigorous quality benchmarks.

Navigate regulatory frameworks, zoning ordinances, and compliance mandates by establishing robust relationships with local authorities, ensuring projects comply with all legal and safety requirements.

Foster productive partnerships with NGOs, governmental entities, and various organizations to secure funding, endorsement, and cooperation crucial for project success.

Monitor and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders, adapting strategies to address challenges and leverage opportunities effectively.

Collaborate synergistically with architects and designers to create project blueprints that embody social inclusivity, environmental stewardship, and cultural sensitivity.

Engage with community constituents and stakeholders through immersive workshops and dialogues to gather valuable insights and feedback, ensuring projects are tailored to genuine community needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successful projects.

Strong commitment to social equity and experience with community-serving projects.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups.

Experience in community engagement and participatory design processes.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project).

What We Offer

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000
