Senior Analyst Visualization and Reporting

The Data Solutions team, a division of the Southeast Toyota Finance Credit Risk, Pricing, Data & Analytics department plays a critical role in enhancing SETF's business processes, operations, and analytical capabilities by leveraging the company’s data resources to create business efficiencies and insights. The team is responsible for the refinement of SETF data assets, the design, build, and support of automation and information solutions, and the creation of datasets for Power BI end-user consumption. The team also acts as the SETF Power BI Center of Excellence (COE). Data Solutions works closely alongside Data ops members, Data Engineers, BU IT, Enterprise IT, and stakeholders to collect business requirements, transforming them into impactful solutions through collaboration and deep business understanding.

The Data Solutions Department is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Analyst Visualization and Reporting to join our team located in Deerfield Beach, FL., to develop, create, deploy, and scale data solutions, preferably hands-on experience, of data management principles, reporting and visualization techniques, and Citizen IT tools, mainly Microsoft Power BI, as well as other tools such as SAS, Cognos, and Tableau, in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient solutions within SETF’s data environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration with Stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for new data solutions.
• Drive collaboration with Data Engineers, Solution Developers, Power BI Data Modeler and Analysts to build scalable and effective visualization, and reporting solutions with interactive visuals that convey data insights.
• Ability to build mid-to-complex visualization and reporting solutions in an Agile environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot more complex performance and data defects.
• Use innovation, best practices, and expertise to enhance visualization, and reporting solutions.  
• Help drive the current and future Business Unit and JM Family data ecosystems.
• Provide input and support to the Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform COEs to efficiently evolve data practices and strengthen tool adoption at the Business Unit and JM Family.  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field based on professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data management, data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft, Power BI, Power Platform, SAS, Tableau, Cognos, and Azure.
• Experience with Agile methodology, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Highly analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Experience in the Auto Finance industry and consumer lending is desired.
• Possessing a good understanding of the Business Unit systems and processes is required.
