In this role, you'll take the lead in managing vendor relationships and financial contractual agreements, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do
Lead and Guide: Manage vendor relationships and ensure financial and contractual stability.
Financial Management: Handle pricing models, invoice validation, monthly estimates, accruals, and audits.
Data Analysis: Support leadership with in-depth analysis of invoices, contract negotiations, and procurement reviews.
Operational Support: Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure seamless contract execution and financial performance.
Innovate and Improve: Drive improvements in vendor processes and operational performance by recommending innovative solutions.
Project Participation: Engage in various projects at the stakeholder level, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
Documentation and Reviews: Deliver organized documentation and conduct thorough finance and contract reviews.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Resource Planning, Operations, and specialized team members to meet monthly metrics.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 4 years in Pharmacy Benefits Management, invoicing, and statement reconciliation.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel (PivotTables, formulas, etc.).
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and handle mandatory overtime when needed.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge: Understanding of contract language, call center operations, resource planning, and vendor/outsourcing.
Preferred Qualifications
Reliable Attendance: Consistent and reliable presence.
Industry Insight: Knowledge of the health care industry and financial data tracking.
Analytical Skills: Experience with the 5 why's methodology of root cause analysis.
Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
