About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who is deeply passionate about analytics and has a proven track record of driving a data-centric culture. You will be a beacon of insight, helping to steer the organization towards data-driven excellence, and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that data is at the heart of every decision we make.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and define the analytics framework, driving the organization towards a data-driven culture.
• Partner with various departments to understand their data needs, ensuring that data insights are aligned with business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data marts to support data accessibility and decision-making across the organization.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• Champion the adoption of a governed self-service data model, promoting data literacy across the company.
• Collaborate with a dedicated developer to enhance our data infrastructure, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Advocate for data integrity and consistency, leading initiatives in data validation and change management.

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of analytical and querying techniques.
• Strong experience in data storytelling, with the ability to distill complex information into strategic insights.
• Experience working collaboratively across different departments and leading cross-functional projects.

Compensation Range: $130K - $230K
