Job Description:

Join our team as a Senior Amazon Specialist, where creativity meets opportunity! We're on the hunt for an experienced individual to develop and execute our Amazon strategy, as well as craft captivating Amazon ads and compelling listings that embody our brand essence. Contact us if you have a proven track record using Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ad Management, creating strategic advertising campaigns driving traffic, increasing sales, and maximizing ROI on Amazon platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and execute a creative and effective Amazon strategy, tracking, measuring and analyzing performance and adjusting strategically to maximize ROI.
  • Create accurate and compelling listings that comply with Amazon's guidelines and best practices, improve listing performance, conduct listing refreshes, generate reviews, and identify and resolve any listing, formatting or compatibility issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant, high-impact search terms and phrases and integrate those keywords and phrases strategically, utilizing SEO to enhance visibility, organic rankings, overall search performance, and improve ad performance.
  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to our specific products on Amazon Marketplace.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align advertising initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns using Amazon's advertising platform (AMS) and other third-party tools. Monitor campaign performance, adjusting keywords, and targeting parameters to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough Best Seller Rank research to maximize visibility.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to achieve desired results within specified cost targets. Monitor spending trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation across campaigns.
  • Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy of listing and ad content, merchandising and user experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Generate regular reports to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor and understand the competitive landscape and industry trends related to Amazon advertising. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform advertising strategies, content, promos, and pricing.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central with a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Passion for e-commerce with a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and how media buying fits into the larger picture of digital.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings.
  • Proficiency in conducting keyword research using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience building, analyzing, and optimizing catalog on Direct-to-Consumer Platforms.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel or other database tools.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while meeting timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational, tactical, analytical and data management skills with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, while being responsive, prompt, and communicating positively with other team members.
  • Preferred: experience advertising/marketing/selling health, wellness, beauty and skincare products.
