Senior Accounting Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accounting Manager to join our Accounting team in Sunday Riley's Headquarters. The perfect candidate will be able to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.

Main areas of focus:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Month and year-end process
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Treasury, budgeting
• Cash forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• International accounting
• Fixed asset activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Analyzing costs in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products and services
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Ideal Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 5+ years of solid accounting experience

Key Skills

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• NetSuite or ERP experience a plus
• International accounting experience a plus
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

Required Competencies

• Proved knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise
