The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction field.

Job Responsibilities
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
General Bookkeeping: Accounts Payable
All Licensing, Insurance Paperwork & Certificates.
Certified/ UNION Payroll experience
QuickBooks
AIA billing
Filing, handling mail, typing, scanning and data entry
Work Experience & Skills
Ability to work in multi-faceted environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
Be able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have good customer service skills & proper phone skills.
Highly self-motivated.
Ability to Multitask and prioritize.
Strong organizational skills.

Excellent oral and writing skills.
Required
5 years’ experience in the construction field.
5 years’ experience in a Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable position.
5 years’ experience with QuickBooks.
5 years’ experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and communicating via email.
