Mix Talent is partnered with a pharmaceutical company that is expanding and will grow the number of products in North America. This Finance team is on a professionalization journey and must establish strong specialist knowledge and structures/processes within accounts receivable controlling, G2N, chargeback/rebate reconciliations and Accounting complexities arising from the market expansion. This role will support the commercial growth through strong financial Business partnering which includes controlling, financial transparency and a strong data foundation.
Responsibility
The role will be instrumental in ensuring that the company growth is supported by adequate reporting, transparency and analysis in how our customer relations and logistics affect our revenue, profit and cash flow.
This person will be a broad Financial resource, who masters Controlling and the accounting fundamentals in order to contribute broadly across the department on diverse controlling topics where deep specialist knowledge is required.
The role will have interactions within commercial and with customers and logistics providers.
Responsibilities Include: Overall commercial controlling, including the below areas between controlling and accounting;
Revenue Recognition-U.S. & Canada
G2N Accruals
Customer account reconciliation
Cash postings
3PL Financial relationship
Chargeback/rebate deduction reconciliation
Inventory management
Ad Hoc reporting Accounts receivable/revenues/G2N
Operational and running processes The role is instrumental in the Financial side of interaction across many different customers and markets and the role shall:
Collaborate/align with Commercial on customer discounts and fees
Ensure inventory reconciles with actual at 3PL
Monitor G2N adjustments
Responsible for improvements and changes
Strengthening the processes for the above areas
Establish better processes in managing customer sales data
Interaction with External providers
Responsible for interaction with 3PL finance team
Respond to auditor inquiries in a timely manner as the Subject Matter expert

Qualifications
6+ years of broad financial experience within Controlling and/or accounting, with strong results
Process improvement ability
Pharmaceutical experience required
Strong overview without losing sight of relevant details
Ability to produce high work volume with good quality
Knowledge of D365 (preferred) - or other ERP systems
