Primary Responsibilities
Financial Transactions: Process, record, and reconcile financial transactions, including reviewing accounts payable, cash disbursements, billings, and cash receipts.
Month-End and Year-End Closings: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, supervise collections, and review fixed assets, sales and use taxes, personal property taxes, and franchise taxes.
Day-to-Day and Month-End Entries: Prepare day-to-day and month-end close entries, including payroll administration, fringe, investment allocations, and grant allocations.
Client Accounting Operations: Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting operations within each assigned client and obtain a working knowledge of the client's accounting software packages.
Who We're Looking For
Educational Background: B.S. in Accounting.
Experience: 3-7 years of accounting or finance experience.
Skills: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and colleagues.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 based on experience, education, and/or certifications. Specific compensation will be based on skills, experience, merit, location, education, and training.
