To help meet the surge in demand for our services, SBG is aggressively expanding our team of Account Executives! As an AE, you'll play a key role in the growth of the small businesses we serve as well as our company as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle, working inbound leads through to close
  • Provide recommendations based on a customer's business needs and usage patterns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic financial plans for customers
  • Educate and effectively communicate to customers the value of our financing solutions
  • Develop trusted internal and customer relationships to create win-win sales relationships
  • Deliver outstanding support to new clients, ensuring a seamless integration into SBG Funding's products and services




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred
  • 5+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in financial services and/or consultative sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work on multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
  • Positive attitude, money motivated, and hunger for success
  • Resilient, coachable, eager to learn, and able to adapt to change as needed
  • Competitive spirit and drive for hitting metrics
  • Solution selling ability and objection handling skills
