To help meet the surge in demand for our services, SBG is aggressively expanding our team of Account Executives! As an AE, you'll play a key role in the growth of the small businesses we serve as well as our company as a whole.
Responsibilities
Drive the full sales cycle, working inbound leads through to close
Provide recommendations based on a customer's business needs and usage patterns
Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Leadership, etc.) to build strategic financial plans for customers
Educate and effectively communicate to customers the value of our financing solutions
Develop trusted internal and customer relationships to create win-win sales relationships
Deliver outstanding support to new clients, ensuring a seamless integration into SBG Funding's products and services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred
5+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in financial services and/or consultative sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work on multiple projects
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce
Positive attitude, money motivated, and hunger for success
Resilient, coachable, eager to learn, and able to adapt to change as needed
Competitive spirit and drive for hitting metrics
Solution selling ability and objection handling skills
