The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Security Senior Manager to join the team in either Arlington, VA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; or Seattle, WA.
This management role will report directly to the Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) Chief of Staff and will work closely with Boeing’s Chief Security Officer. The individual will be responsible for managing and leading a team of highly skilled Security Strategy, Planning, and Operations professionals and will work across the BES Leadership Team to ensure the organization’s needs are met. The individual will also work closely with peers and executive leaders across the company to execute the security mission and help ensure Boeing remains safe, compliant, and defensible.
Position Responsibilities:
Guides and facilitates the development and execution of security programs and strategies to meet organizational goals
Authors and maintains organizational reporting for senior level and external forums, working with subject matter experts across the organization to ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and impactful
Identifies risks and create plans for executive leadership
Ensures follow up action for timely issue resolution
Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction
Builds and maintains relationships with peers and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
Builds and maintains a high-performing team
Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
Drives innovation and continuous improvement
Adapts to changing business needs and market conditions
Identifies and addresses conflicts in an effective manner
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Summary pay range: $151,300 – $218,500
