Job Description: Excelsior Defense is seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Patrol Officer to join our growing guard force. This role involves patrolling a recycle location to prevent illegal dumping and ensure compliance with site regulations. Report must be composed in a detailed manner and will require frequent communication with Bradenton Police Department Responsib ilities: Maintain a visible presence at the recycle location. Monitor and prevent illegal dumping of furniture and large cardboard. Verbally warn violators and, if non-compliance continues, take pictures of the violator and their vehicle. Contact the Bradenton Police Department (BPD) to report incidents and document all activities. Compile and email daily reports to the client detailing all activities and incidents. Use a company vehicle with strobe light bars (if applicable) or remain on foot to monitor the site. Communicate effectively with the Excelsior Defense team and the client. Requirements: Prior experience in security or a related field preferred. Excellent observational and communication skills. Ability to handle confrontational situations professionally. Basic proficiency in using cameras and other security equipment. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have a valid Florida Class D Security Officer License. Benefits: Competitive pay. Training and development opportunities.
