Job Summary

The Manager, Security Operations will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security personnel, and ensuring the security of the organization's assets.

General Duties

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Manage security personnel
• Ensure the security of the organization's assets
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments
• Develop and implement security training programs for employees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security compliance
• Respond to security incidents and breaches
• Manage security budgets and resources

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in security operations
• Experience managing security personnel
• Strong knowledge of security policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
