Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and vigilant unarmed security officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. Duties will include monitoring premises, controlling access at entry points, conducting security checks, and responding to incidents as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment to watch for irregularities.
• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicles.
• Manage access to client premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
• Prepare reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms by following protocol to address and escalate situations as required.
• Provide information to law enforcement in the event of an incident.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state laws and regulations.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida Security Officer License.
• Proven work experience as a security officer or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Detail-oriented and vigilant with excellent observational skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as necessary.
• Must be able to work various shifts or flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
