Maya Dayclub / Clubhouse is currently looking for a Security Manager to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Lead and mentor the Security team
• Greet patrons and check IDs
• Provide security and safety, protecting bar patrons and staff
• Maintain bar supplies, when needed
• Monitor bar or club perimeter for safety concerns
• Assess customer behavior and intoxication. Removing patrons when necessary
• Build a security team with safety and hospitality as core values
• Train security staff
• Manage labor and write thoughtful schedules.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills - fluent in English language.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience leading a team
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
• A guest-oriented mindset
• Necessary food, alcohol, and security certifications
