Steadfast Security has immediate openings for Field Supervisors for both Day and Night shift.

All Applicants Must Process:

  • Min 1 years Filed Supervisory and or related field Experience
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV report/Must be over 23 years of age.
  • Valid California guard Card
  • Exception Customer Service Skills
  • Strong judgment skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work PM/ Weekend Hours/ On Call / OT if necessary- If this is not you. Please do not apply!
  • Ability to work extended hours due to callouts or change in clients needs
  • May involve standing for long periods of time and/or actively patrolling site property in a vehicle or on foot
  • Must be a team player and people person

Essential Duties and Responsibilities subject to but not limited to:

  • Driving and patrolling of several job sites throughout-Orange County, LA county and San Bernardino counties, Ventura counties
  • Monitor staff through Monitoring app
  • Training existing & new hires to make sure they adhere to company policy, procedures and state mandated regulations.
  • Reporting performance records and evaluations to upper management
  • Create incident reports, Maintenace and Daily Activity reports
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable & Dependable
