We are a seeking a dedicated Security Consultant to join our dynamic team. We specialize in delivering top-tier security solutions to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze security alerts from various client implementations of SIEM systems within a multi-tenant environment.
Support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of SIEM solutions to enhance clients' security posture.
Provide expert guidance to clients on security best practices and actively participate in monthly service delivery calls to ensure client satisfaction.
Engage with industry events and serve as a trusted advisor to internal technical teams, staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for security policies and procedures to align with evolving threats and industry standards.
Effectively communicate and report security incidents to clients within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and actively engage in incident response activities as needed.
Identify opportunities for automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on incident detection & response and root cause analysis.
Strong expertise in SIEM deployments and configurations, with hands-on experience in supporting technologies such as NXLog, syslog, Sysinternals Suite, and Wireshark.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows, macOS, & Linux operating systems.
Solid understanding of secure network, systems, and application design principles and architectures.
Familiarity with common application protocols and their implementations.
Experience in configuring and maintaining network devices such as firewalls, routers, and switches.
