Our client, a growing federal services organization, is in need of a Secret cleared Sr. Automation Test Lead for a fully remote 6 month contract to hire opportunity. The Sr. Automation Test Lead will be initially responsible for supporting a federal enterprise health customer develop and execute their testing strategy, ensuring the adoption of testing practices, review test documentation to ensure program needs are met and identify opportunities to streamline testing programs.

Required Skills

  • Active DoD Secret or higher clearance.
  • Must have prior experience supporting DHA (Defense Health Agency).
  • Must have Lead or Management experience distributing and delegating tasks to team members.
  • Must have experience supporting the improvement of existing Testing environments and Frameworks.
  • At least 5 years of overall experience with a bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading test automation activities.
  • Experience testing HL7 and FHIR interfaces.
  • Experience with XML, SQL and JIRA.
  • Experience managing the development of new PMO test programs.
  • Advanced Excel and IBM Jazz skills.
  • Experience tracking and supporting event execution needs, i.e. test plan completion, strategy, etc.

Preferred Or Nice To Have Skills

  • Existing CAC card.
  • Enterprise healthcare experience, specifically with medical coding and informatics.
