About The Role
Tipsy Elves is currently interviewing for a Seasonal Website Merchandising Specialist! This position will support our Tipsy Elves merchandising team by learning and assisting in the day-to-day operations of tipsyelves.com. The focus of the merchandising specialist will be to complete daily website merchandising tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our category pages under the guidance of the Director of E-Commerce.
Responsibilities
Collection page merchandising within all marketing channels, including:
SEO collection pages
Advertising collection pages
Email/SMS landing pages
Landing page updates and merchandising
Merchandising products upon inventory arrival
Monitoring collection page performance upon:
Conversion rates
Sales performance
Customer experience analysis
Provide product recommendations alignment with inventory and sales performance for all marketing channels, for example:
Email/SMS
Ad sets
Execute website SEO updates in partnership with growth marketing team
Assist in urgent website updates
Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is preferred
Experience with Shopify is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Quick learner
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and balance workload in accordance with company’s overall goals
Interest and passion for e-comm retail merchandising
Critical thinking + analytical mindset
Organized and comfortable with multiple ongoing projects and tasks
An appreciation for collaboration and working as part of a team
Self-starter, willing to take on and complete tasks

This seasonal full-time position is expected to start the week of July 15 and continue through October.
This will be a remote-optional position for California residents. Our office is located in downtown San Diego, CA.
Starting salary is $22/hour (based on experience and skill set)
40 hours/week
