Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to assist Implementation Managers in handling the primary administrative functions of their respective roles. These functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Account Creations, DNIS Testing, Script Testing and Troubleshooting, IVR Testing, Disposition Creation, Report Testing and Troubleshooting, and general Implementation Ticket Triage

We Are Looking For An Exceptional Individual Who Can
- Creating/Deleting CCS and Live Vox users
- Handling of access permission requests
- Assisting with system issues reported by Operations
- Unlocking/Resetting Windows accounts
- Handling DNIS Requests
- Complete Test Calls as required
- Assisting Implementation Managers as requested
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 1+ years of project management experience or related experience required
- Experience in client-facing role preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to support project implementation that may require support outside of business hours for testing
- Excellent deductive, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage/track multiple tasks
- Solutions driven mindset
- Ability to work successfully under high pressure
- Strong comprehension skills
- Always maintain a positive attitude
