THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our Marketing team.? Reporting directly to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you will own the SEO marketing channel, responsible for improving the performance and driving the growth of our SEO channel through best-in-class improvements and innovating landing pathways - to develop outstanding experiences aimed at driving and converting new investors and deepening our relationship with existing ones.

You’re adept at crafting a clear, compelling strategy, plan with dependencies and key dates to reach your marketing/product. As part of these aspirations, the role includes a strong ability to articulate, communicate, build cross-team relationships, and in project management to drive success. You’re ultimately inspired and excited by the opportunity to grow our SEO impact in effectively introducing and converting investors with Linqto.


THE WORK

  • Construct a compelling business case for the SEO roadmap and key strategic initiatives
  • Deep collaboration with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to execute growth strategies, including crafting user stories and supporting acceptance testing.
  • Web optimization: optimize website structure and user experience to improve overall performance and conversion rates.
  • Drive and implement a series of constant SEO and web improvements to deliver brand story for site visitors, while improving conversion rates.
  • Drive continuous process to identify product, content, UX, and technical SEO projects to grow organic search audience.
  • Developing and proposing data-driven recommendations for SEO tests and changes, complete with thorough analysis and rationale.
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing health and performance metrics.
  • Providing ongoing knowledge sharing within the company to elevate and educate on the importance and impact of SEO for Linqto.
  • Ownership of results and growth in key SEO metrics for measuring success in organic search performance, including rank, CTR, Impressions, and domain authority.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends; integrating advanced SEO techniques and tools relevant to our business.
  • Review and analyze SEO performance across our organization, including Editorial, Revenue, and Product teams to ensure technical, structural and targeting best practices are being met and improved.


Requirements


CANDIDATE MUSTS

  • 5+ yrs professional, post education, SEO lead experience in large scale brand or agency experience on similar scale brands with a strong preference for an emphasis on finance and investing.
  • You have experience participating and impacting product roadmaps integrating effective SEO strategies.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a highly cross-functional capacity.
  • You thrive gathering quantitative & qualitative data to address new investor opportunities/challenges and have experience running consumer-facing SEO specific A/B tests.
  • You’re skilled at establishing relationships with marketing, design, engineering and other team members by developing empathy and trust and influencing without authority.
  • Deeply understand how Google gets content in front of users and have a passion for problem-solving at scale with technical search and content ideation tools.
  • Extensive experience with keyword research tools, content gap analysis, competitive research, and planning.
  • You have knowledge of Wordpress, HTML or SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Botify, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or structured data and how they impact SEO.

  • Knowledgeable and have thrived in a tech-first company, ideally related to finance and investing.
  • Eager and show aptitude to learn quickly and explain broad subject matter effectlively
  • You’re an excellent communicator, both in writing and orally. You’re also a great listener.
  • Autonomous, urgent, and creative. You love identifying SEO opportunities and driving at their success
  • A relentless innovator, constantly seeking new opportunities through content, UX and technical SEO optimization to grow audiences on platforms.
  • You enjoy working across different teams and influencing cross-functional partners to reach a commongoal
  • Experience balancing the needs of the brand while improving technology to scale SEO best practices.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Compensation: $100K-$120K Commensurate on experience. Salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Linqto’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include equity options, bonus programs, health, vision, dental, and disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
