Manage projects related to financial data management and reconciliation, including the implementation of Oracle ARCS and the transition to EDMCS as the key master data solution. Additionally, drive enhancements in EPM through the development of the Emerald application for planning and forecasting.
Lead multiple project boards including ARCS, EDMCS, and Emerald.
Guide the integration of EDMCS for finance master and reference data management.
Oversee the development of Emerald to support strategic changes in planning and forecasting processes.
Address project challenges, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale projects.
Strong background in financial data management and software implementations.
Knowledge of Oracle ARCS and cloud-based EPM solutions.
Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), specifically with experience in managing master data projects.
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and Scrum cadences and ceremonies.
Experience in banking and financial services environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Scrum Master certification is desirable
