What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the implementation of ServiceNow Agile projects
• Act as the Scrum Master and Business Analyst for a ServiceNow application development scrum team
• Develop appropriate system testing strategies and plans
• Identify requirements from various stakeholders
• Represent the project team and product offerings to customers
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent related field experience)
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Written and Oral Communication, and Problem Solving
• Competency in leading Agile Scrum teams
• Proficient knowledge in Information Technologies
• Active Secret clearance
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMI - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• CSM - Certified ScrumMaster
• ITIL® Foundation certification
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator
• Prior experience working with and developing applications in ServiceNow
