Assist senior technical staff with micro-encapsulation experiments to include spray drying, spinning disk atomization, fluid-bed coating, and chemical techniques such as coacervation. Analysis of micro-encapsulated products to include particle size and optical microscopy. Setting up and documenting experiments, compile data, chemical disposal, maintenance of equipment and cleaning glassware.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
BS in Chemistry/ Biology or related science degree
Zero years of experience is required
This position is a safety sensitive position and eligible for random drug testing
Standing for long periods of time
Possible respirator training after starting the position
