We're Seeking
2+ years of teaching experience with a proven track record of improving student learning
A Bachelor's degree
Preferably, a California Single Subject Teaching Credential, or an Out of State Teaching Credential, or a clear path to obtaining a teaching credential within a year
A growth mindset and adaptability to change
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Belief in the potential of all students to succeed in college and effect positive multi-generational change

Additional Details
Salary is commensurate with experience. This position is exempt and in-person, following an 11-month schedule.
While a California Single Subject Teaching Credential is preferred, we're dedicated to supporting outstanding candidates in pursuing full credentialing.
