Role Overview
As a School Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with faith-based schools across the Americas. You will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring exceptional client service while driving growth and retention within your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, trusting relationships with faith-based clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Client Experience Team to achieve company objectives in client retention, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Resolve client issues creatively and effectively, leveraging your problem-solving skills.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for our suite of products and services.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Travel approximately 25-30% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
Manage priorities, deadlines, and diverse workflows effectively within a collaborative environment.
Contribute to company-wide goals, driving innovation and enhancing relationships with client schools.
Requirements
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Educational Experience: Familiarity with K-12 education, particularly in faith-based settings; knowledge of educational technology is advantageous.
Teamwork: Balance between individual contributions and team success.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business implications, market dynamics, and strategic alignment.
Ethics: Integrity, respect for others, and commitment to organizational values.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and adapt strategies to achieve organizational goals.
