Job Description

As a Scheduling Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients, ensuring accurate information, and delivering exceptional service. This part-time position involves outbound calls, primarily from Wednesday to Sunday, between 11:30 AM and 8:00 PM. If you thrive in a customer-centric environment and excel in communication, organization, and multitasking, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to gather client information and support sales efforts

Act as the primary contact for clients pre-sale, ensuring accuracy and professionalism

Collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs effectively

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance our brand reputation

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Relevant Work Experience

Proficiency in scheduling and appointment-setting

Experience In Luxury Brand Environments Preferred

Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Excellent data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Outgoing demeanor with professional phone presence

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Initiative-driven with a sense of urgency
