Overview: As a Scheduling Assistant - Entry Level (Virtual), you will be responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients. Responsibilities:

Flight and Accommodation Booking: Research, compare, and book flights, hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, and other accommodations, considering factors such as cost, convenience, and client preferences
Transportation Arrangements: Coordinate ground transportation, including car rentals, airport transfers, train tickets, and other transportation services, to facilitate smooth transitions between destinations
Activity and Excursion Planning: Research and recommend activities, tours, excursions, and experiences at each destination based on client interests, ensuring a diverse and enriching travel itinerary
Documentation and Confirmation: Ensure all travel bookings and arrangements are accurately documented, confirmed, and communicated to clients in a timely manner, providing them with comprehensive travel details and instructions
Travel Assistance: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise and offering solutions to enhance their travel experience
