Manage daily FG & sub-assembly scheduling activities with Operations.
Facilitate the operations morning meetings and provide updates in regards to production lot availability and status.
Manage the daily manufacturing schedule performance of manufacturing lots.
Carry out weekly MSP RCA analysis of production lot performance and introduce the monthly performance roll up in BPS.
Manage the routing exception based reporting process ensuring all lots are moving through the supply line.
Carry out weekly Routing RCA analysis of production lot performance.
Liaize with the Supply planner regularly on Supply plan alignment, and correlate information around yield performance, capacity constraints, crew configuration etc.
Create cross department relationships with all relevant stakeholders to successfully create production schedules.
Facilitate weekly R&D Build coordination meetings with R&D & Program Mgmt. departments to ensure successful alignment of R&D builds to the manufacturing schedule.
