We are looking for a After Hours Call Support/Scheduler - Remote to joing our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for ensuring that home visits are scheduled and completed as required.

Provide support and answer high volume calls evenings and weekends
Provides customer service to caregiver staff, client, family and referral sources.
Scheduling - Matches appropriate staff to client. Receives and assesses intake and client requests for service. Assigns qualified staff to clients appropriately.
Handles client complaints and writes incident reports as necessary
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range - $14.50/HR to $26.95/HR
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations:
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Extensive telephone use is required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Extremely detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
Communicates clearly, effectively and in an organized manner.
Competent to access Gentiva information systems to retrieve and utilize pertinent information in the performance of job related responsibilities.
Must read, write and speak fluent English.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Documented coursework in business communications preferred.
