Position Overview
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by expertly managing scheduling and fostering positive relationships with our customers and interpreters.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling for onsite community and video remote interpreting services, ensuring optimal coverage and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update databases of qualified interpreters available for various assignments.
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm job requests and manage interpreter schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support workforce management by assisting with data entry and organizational tasks.
Occasionally provide interpreting services as needed to support center operations.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in workforce scheduling.
Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Basic understanding of interpreting issues and related protocols preferred.
ASL proficiency or experience in the interpreting field is advantageous.
Work Environment
Predominantly office-based role with occasional travel required.
Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, standing, and keyboarding.
