Summary:
This role is responsible for facilitating the smooth transition to a new enterprise resource planning software across all levels of the organization. This position will align users with new business processes, enterprise resource planning applications, job roles, and organizational structures. This role will ensure the achievement of desired outcomes and the realization of benefits from the enterprise resource planning program. Focus will be on training and developing end users to effectively utilize enterprise resource planning software and demonstrate continued adoption.

Focus will be on training and developing end users to effectively utilize enterprise resource planning software and demonstrate continued adoption.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise resource planning software end-user readiness plan aligned with the software program objectives and schedule. This plan should include user assessments, training, communications, user support, and feedback.
- Create and deliver user readiness communications to inform users of the program, schedule, activities, etc.
- Work with functional resources to conduct user role mapping activities.
- Define and execute training plans for different stakeholder groups to educate them on business processes and software functionality.
- Create, organize, and deliver training courses, materials, methods, tools, schedules, logistics, metrics, and environments, including slideware, virtual learning, simulations, and job aids.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users, addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to using the enterprise resource planning software. Identify and address potential barriers to user adoption and ensure a smooth transition to new software.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders. Provide quantitative and qualitative assessments on the effectiveness of training and user adoption. Adjust as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, communications, or similar field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in user readiness and training responsibilities.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and job aids.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 10%
