Our client is one of the largest carriers in its niche, offering life, annuity, LTC, and disability products. They have a long history, a focus on charitable giving, and a mission of providing excellent care to its members. They have recently implemented SAP (SAC) and are currently seeking a Manager/Delivery Lead to join their team.
In this role, you will serve as an SAP Technical Integration/Delivery Lead for the ongoing SAP implementation. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions using SAP (SAC) specifically tailored for our client. It is essential that you have industry experience in the Insurance sector, with knowledge of Life/Annuity being beneficial.
As the successful candidate, you should possess functional competencies in the following areas:
SAP Reporting (SAC) with a focus on Financials/Reporting, Reinsurance, and HANA Modeling.
Understanding of LDTI, Actuarial Reserves Data processing, and Integration with S/4.
Proficiency in Master Data Governance and Data Replication within the S/4 System.
Experience in Financial Sub-ledger and General Ledger Integration and Reconciliation.
Ability to design Master Data and Transaction processes.
Competence in Design, Configuration, Development, and Testing.
Familiarity with Transaction processing, Posting, Dunning, Reversal, Payment, and Print processing.
In addition to the functional competencies, you should possess IT competencies, including:
Knowledge of Insurance (FS-CD).
Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Experience with Reporting (SAC).
Understanding of ABAP.
Familiarity with Fiori Gateway Integration.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud extension with SAP Cloud Platform and Integration.
Understanding of SAP S/4 upgrades.
The Initial Focus Of The Role Will Be
Refining system configuration based on evolving business needs and providing suggestions to optimize system utilization and improve workflows.
Managing master data and multiple reporting hierarchies.
Assisting with report development in SAC.
Troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with the managed service provider to ensure accurate problem resolution.
