We are seeking a skilled SAP Test Manager to oversee the testing activities for our SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP testing methodologies, project management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, and HR.
Lead a team of testers to ensure timely and effective testing of SAP implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and SAP functional consultants to understand project requirements and develop testing strategies accordingly.
Manage the defect tracking and resolution process, ensuring all identified issues are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.
Establish and enforce testing best practices, standards, and processes.
Provide regular status reports to project stakeholders on testing progress, issues, and risks.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
