We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Consulting SAP Lead for our technology division. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of SAP systems, capable of developing innovative solutions and leading a team of consultants to deliver exceptional results.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop and implement SAP solutions, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure progress against objectives, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP developments and trends to ensure the delivery of innovative and efficient solutions.
• Contribute to the development of SAP best practices, standards, and methodologies within the company.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on leading and managing teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to MM, SD, PP, FICO, and HR.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• SAP certification is a plus.
