Hourly Range: $55-$70 / hour W2

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE

Medix is currently seeking 2 Salesforce Training Consultants for an opportunity with one of our top healthcare clients in the Southeastern US. This organization offers comprehensive home-based healthcare services while caring for older adults and those with complex medical issues. They allow patients to receive the medical care they need in the comfort of their own home.

• These Salesforce Training Consultants will join a small team that will be supporting the Go-live of a Salesforce implementation for patient scheduling
• They have a go-live for Salesforce anticipated in mid-August and are currently in the data training and testing phase. The training kicks off in the next few weeks.
• These positions will be 4-month consulting engagements with an ideal start date of July 22nd.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Training/bringing 250-260 staff members bringing up to speed on their Salesforce implementation - focusing largely on Salesforce Health Cloud
• 16 hours of training per user
• Don’t know what they don’t know – everything being built out currently
• 8 Modules working in:
• Biggest lift around care management roles
• Engagement center
• Reporting
• Overall navigation
• Past data
• Referral management
• Pharmacy
• Transitions of care
• COS
• POS
• Navigate these components in Salesforce before things go off in Aprima (EHR)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Salesforce HealthCloud
• Superuser within the platform
• Not a developer
• Can train and introduce Salesforce to team
• Salesforce superuser, supplement current staff
