Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified QA Salesforce Specialist to enhance our Client Case Management System (CCMS). The role involves working closely with a project team to manage and ensure the quality of enterprise-level applications in Salesforce. This position demands a high level of expertise in Salesforce, testing methodologies, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, regression, system integration, and automated testing.
Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA.
Manage and maintain test cycles within JIRA.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
Participate in requirements review sessions and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years managing enterprise-level applications in Salesforce.
Six (6) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in the design and successful implementation of Salesforce Projects(s).
Certifications
Salesforce Architect and Platform Developer II Certification.
Scrum Master Certification or PMP.
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
Tools
Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and test management.
Experience in creating and managing test cases and test cycles.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
