Qualifications

As a prominent industry leader and Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, leading larger process or technology implementations, and regularly contributing to business development activities as an industry, process, or technology subject matter expert. The position involves significant client contact, with travel as required per assigned clients and/or projects. Directors also provide guidance and supervision to Analysts, Associates, Managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
  • Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
  • Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Job Description
    • 7+ years of consulting experience.
    • 7 + years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems.
    • Experience and ability to lead teams of architects, business analysts, project manager, developers (on-shore and offshore), QA, deployment in a hybrid-agile methodology.
    • Experience and ability to effectively communicate and lead client teams in both business and technical environments.
    • Experience in Healthcare (Provider preferred) industry
    • Experience and ability to participate in and potentially be lead SME in early and late-stage sales assist opportunities including working with the Salesforce channel.
    • Experience and ability to lead teams of architects, business analysts, project manager, developers (onshore and offshore), QA, deployment in a hybrid-agile methodology.
    • Experience and ability to effectively communicate and lead client teams in both business and technical environments.
    • Experience in Healthcare (Provider preferred) industry.
    • Experience and ability to participate in and potentially be lead SME in early and late-stage sales assist opportunities including working with the Salesforce channel.
    • Familiarity with Force.com platform technical limitations and common technical design patterns
    • Ability to define and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
    • Hands on development experience with the Salesforce.com API.
    • Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP.
    • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
    • Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC
    • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
    • Experience with Enterprise Integration tools.
    • Minimum Travel required during the process & discovery sessions at the client locations.
    • Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
    • Develop others by sharing expertise, coaching, and mentoring
    • Support development of proposal response and development of statements of work
    • Actively contribute to thought leadership through participation in national conferences, webinars, and/or publications
    • Identify gaps in practice knowledge and/or skill sets and identify strategies to enhance capabilities over time (e.g., external training, internal knowledge sharing, template development, etc.)
    • Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in management information system, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline

Certifications:

Salesforce.com Certified (Architect or Developer)

Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications are a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
